As retired teachers, Mark and Amy were looking for a new adventure. Lifelong learners, and true believers in human rights, they could not imagine a better place to land than Pugwash, the Village of Peace.

With a specialization in food and nutrition, Mark spent his career teaching young adults the importance of quality ingredients and patience when baking and creating in the kitchen.

Sourcing as many local ingredients as possible, Amy and Mark continue this tradition of quality and patience in the creation of their cookies.
