Mariana Nardy is a Brazilian teacher who has been living in Nova Scotia since February 2020.
When she first entered university to study Biology, she promised her mother that she would always work to bring art to her profession!
Now, as an environmental educator, Mariana is determined to bring humans and nature closer together!
Introduced to Pugwash Farmer’s Market by a Lebanese friend, Mariana saw the opportunity to put her knowledge about plant pigments into practice making art prints on paper and fabric: Her products include clothing, cards, frames, and decorative objects – made in partnership with her market friend.
