It’s been quite a summer for music at the market! Starting in July, we were honoured and grateful to have live music at each of our Saturday markets.
This endeavour was courtesy of local musician, Scott Ouderkirk, who kicked it all off and took it upon himself to organize a rotation of fellow musicians to entertain vendors and shoppers alike.
And we will see Scott playing again soon, with Derailed 2.0, for our last market of the season on Saturday October 9th. The band will be donating all proceeds to the families of the young family from Amherst who recently lost their lives in a tragic fire.
Thank you Scott and all of the other musicians who came out to perform, adding to the festive atmosphere of our market! 👏👏👏
