Carol Pounder is a painter; inspired by nature she captures the imagination. Working primarily in acrylics, experimenting with watercolour, and more recently with airbrushing, she challenges herself to learn new techniques to produce a realistic representation of what is seen.

Carol has exhibited artwork at the McCarthy Gallery, Truro, NS, and the Raven Gallery, Tatamagouche, NS, and was featured in the Truro Daily News About Art in 2015, and is a recent member of the Northumberland Arts Council.
